Another day at Active Filings (AF)
Hi, and welcome to our Blog. You might be wondering, “why another blog?”, “are there not enough already?” and the answer is yes, there are. But this blog is not about business, in the sense of trying to sell you our services. This blog is intended to share our things, as human beings.
The subjects discussed in this blog will be related to our experience in dealing with the corporations division of each of the States (and because we do business directly with all the 50 states and Washington D.C, we have quite A LOT to say), comments in regards to customers and providers (without disclosing information, of course) and things of that sort.
This blog is the place where the customer is not always right. After all, besides being happy AF employees we are also regular people. If we make a mistake or if a client is not 100% happy, he or she can always report us to the Better Business Bureau, an attorney or spread not so favorable opinions about our service. And not only are we committed to fix it but we also have to maintain a happy face, remain calm when the client calls or writes but also our answers must be very formal and politically correct. (Refer to corporate etiquette).
So now you know, our customers are the reason we are a successful business, and here, at Active Filings, you will find the best and most efficient place to start your business in the United States. AF is a company based in honesty and understanding. There are no hidden fees, we will never lie about state fees and we will go well beyond to try to help you when you have a problem and come to us for help.
However, as a reader or subscriber of our blog, you may come to notice that everyone has a bad day once in a while.
